Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise is a popular American author, performer and actress who is well-known for her character Ginger Grant in the 1960s television show Gilligan's Island. In the 1950s, she started her professional career as an actor on stage with Bettle Davis' show Two's Company. Thereafter she acted in numerous Broadway productions until she made it famous in the national stage scene with Li'l Abner's in the year 1957. In the same calendar year she debuted her debut music album called The album is Tina Time. Louise made her foray into Hollywood playing Griselda Walden, a character from God's Little Acre a drama film released 1958.The movie received wide acclaim as well as Louise won an award called the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. As students of Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. Her next unforgettable role was in 1964. She signed with CBS to play Ginger Grant. Louise maintained a successful career, balancing Broadway television with Hollywood and portraying an empathetic, as opposed to the glamorous image that she was perceived. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. As SG-1, and in the role of Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although in the last few years she's also earned a name for herself as a successful director in numerous well-known TV shows including Supernatural or The 100. Born in Essex on August 28 on the 28th of August, 1965. The family moved to Toronto to spend her youth. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver, Canada after her selection for the role of lead.
