Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. As a teenager she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was required to take the time off from the stage after she received her Pro card in order to finish college. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. In 2009, she had won four additional fitness titles. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. In October 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using the machine and bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
