Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of expertise. She has worked with senior leaders from many industries to assist in improving the performance of their businesses, particularly when growth is rapid. Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for companies and plans have been a part of organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She is passionate about learning and envisions leadership and team development as the ultimate competitive edge. She has extensive experience working with small and mid-size companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders. She has demonstrated results and successful outcomes created organizational cultures that embodied the concept of learning and innovation that positively affect teams as well as the entire organization. Annmarie is inspired to give her talents and time to support Learning Ally's mission. When she has time off she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit groups. They include participating as an active part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women develop as leaders. They also provide workshops for an organization called the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional members' association that is based that is based in North America with the specific mission to provide training networking and advocacy specifically for hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as helping to support Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national focused on reversing the dependency problem within the United States in educating communities on how to assist those affected by the illness of addiction. Addiction is a disease that affects every one of us.
