Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer at Learning Ally, responsible for leading all of our People, Talent, and Culture strategies. Annmarie's experience spans 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of executives to reach objectives for business, particularly in times of rapid development and change. Annmarie is a respected advisor who has assisted in translating enterprise goals and strategies into business and people strategy through the management of change and engagement for employees. She has a passion for learning, and she views teams and leadership as her ultimate advantage. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and coached leaders who have proven their effectiveness and delivered results. Her efforts helped develop cultures in companies which encourage learning and creativity. Annmarie has been inspired by her passion to volunteer her skills and resources to further support the mission of Learning Ally. When she has time off she offers support to several non-profit organizations. These include being a member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to assisting women grow as leaders providing instruction for The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional members' association that is based within North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically to health care hospitality establishments and providing support to Shatterproof an international non-profit organization focused on reversing the dependency crisis within the United States in educating communities in helping those in the grip of addiction.
