Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working in various industries alongside leaders and teams to enhance business results and outcomes, especially in times that are characterized by rapid growth and transformation by developing as well as aligning and executing a global people strategy. Annmarie has been a thought partner helping to transform business and human resources strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans by utilizing managerial and organizational management, employee engagement, and change management. Awed by leadership and teambuilding, she believes in the power of teams and continuous learning as the primary way to competitive advantages. Annmarie has been working for Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders and providing coaching with proven results. It was through this experience that she helped build organizations that were open to learning innovation and changed for the good of people and teams. While Annmarie is inspired to dedicate her time and talent in aiding the goals of Learning Ally she also provides support to various non-profit organizations in her free time.
