She has worked across various sectors working with managers and teams to enhance business results in particular during periods of growth and rapid transformation through focusing on establishing, aligning, and leading a global people strategy. She has been a trusted advisor who has helped translate enterprise goals and strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on changes management and employee engagement. As a leader who is passionate, she sees team building and education as key to competitive advantage. Her experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized enterprises, helping them develop leadership and coaching programs with proven results. It was through this experience that she helped build corporate cultures that embraced learning innovation and changed for the good of people and teams.
