Her work as a partner in translating business and human strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has involved planning organizational and operational performance employees' engagement, as well as the evolution of management. She is passionate about learning as she sees leadership and team development as the ultimate competitive advantage. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's created and guided leaders who proven their effectiveness and delivered results. The work she did helped create cultures within organizations which encourage learning and creativity. As Annmarie continues to devote her time and talent in support Learning Ally's mission she currently provides support to a number of non-profit organizations in her free time. It includes serving as an active participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women become leaders by providing education for The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization located in North America with the specific goal of providing training, networking and advocacy specifically for hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as helping to support Shatterproof an international non-profit organization committed to ending the addiction epidemic across the United States in educating communities to support those who are suffering from the diseases of addiction.
